Where is Wildcard Wilderness Survival located?

Wildcard Wilderness Survival is a traveling school and can come to you! Classes are held on private land or other schools such as Georgia Bushcraft (Watkinsville, GA), American Survival Co. (Fayetteville, AK), Mountain Readiness (Harmony, NC), and The Survival University (Cripple Creek, CO).

What are the gear requirements for classes?

Gear requirements change per class and students will be notified of those requirements upon checkout at the facilities' booking page. Kits for Women's Wilderness Weekend and Bushcraft Basecamp can be purchased at Survival Gear BSO.

What is the class size?

 

Class sizes vary, however, expect no more than 20 students participating in a weekend course.

  
Is there an age limit?

All ages are welcome and students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. No student under the age of 12 is permitted to attend the Women's Wilderness Weekend courses due to sensitive discussion topics.

Does Wildcard Wilderness teach other courses than the ones listed on the training tab?

Yes! We do! Wildcard can teach bushcraft and survival courses from beginner to advanced levels. Have anything in mind? Let us know!​

Why are your custom textiles so expensive?

Jacks does not resource the material herself and as much as she would love to put TLC into every hoodie, T-shirt, and beanie, she can not while teaching on the road. She uses a third-party company that creates the swag for her and has hand-picked each item to make sure they live up to the price point that is required after paying the U.S. distributor and profits less than 10% herself. Jacks often has custom swag at events that are at a lower price point before shipping.
